120 minutes of deep relaxation, recovery and restart of the nervous system Shavasana is often perceived as simply a relaxing pose – the moment when we lie down and rest. But its true essence is much deeper. Fully relaxing isn't always easy. The body may be at rest, while the mind remains active, because the nervous system is used to functioning under tension. What are the elements of the practice: Pranayama (breathing), Asanas (gentle movement practice), Yoga Nidra, Relaxation with Tibetan and crystal bowls.
