🧘♀️ The Hidden Stress in the Body If you can't relax, even when you have time — this event is for you. We often live in a state of light, but constant (chronic) stress, without even realizing it. The body is tense. Breathing is shallow. The mind doesn't stop. Around Easter we take a break from work — this is an invitation to give yourself an inner rest as well. Over the course of 2 hours we will go through a practice aimed at calming the nervous system and releasing the built-up tension:
