✨Vinyasa Flow is a practice in which movement follows the breath as we connect the body and mind through a smooth flow. In one class, dynamism and gentleness, softness and strength are combined. The breath is conscious, transitions are smooth, the center is stable. The practice follows the principle 'one movement - one breath', which builds a steady rhythm. We train strength, coordination and mental resilience. We develop concentration of the mind, stability of the body and inner focus.
