+8 Yoga for children and adolescents (8–10 years) Our program is tailored to the growth stage, changes in the body and the emotional development of the youth. Each class combines suitable yoga poses (asanas) with dynamic sequences, breathing techniques and a short relaxation – all presented in an accessible and motivating way.
