Yoga class for children aged 9–14

Yoga practice for children and teenagers aged 9–14 is aligned with the growth stage, body changes and emotional development. The class combines yoga poses, dynamic sequences, breathing exercises and short relaxation, delivered in an accessible and motivating way. The practice supports the development of strength, flexibility and balance, improves posture and body awareness, especially important during the period of rapid growth.
