Children's Yoga for children aged 4–8 years The yoga practice for children aged 4–8 years is fun, dynamic and tailored to children's imagination and needs. The classes include games, stories, music and yoga poses, presented as animals and images from nature, so that children move freely and with joy. Emphasis is on safe and natural movement that prepares the body to face each day.
