Animal Flow (All Levels)
Animal Flow is a motor practice that is performed entirely with one’s own body weight, most of the movements are on the ground and develop control, stability and a better connection with the body. It combines elements from gymnastics, martial arts, yoga, parkour, breakdancing and movements inspired by the animal world. The Animal Flow class includes locomotor forms of movement, basic functional positions and the creation of a “flow”, which is a sequence of movements tailored to the level and skills of the practitioner. The practice helps develop an athletic and functional body, but also encourages a better sense of movement and spatial orientation. It is suitable for people with experience in different training styles as well as for complete beginners.
