Yoga Ganga
Yin yoga with Tibetan singing bowls 75 min.
Yoga is a deeply relaxing style of yoga, inspired by the principles of traditional Chinese medicine. The focus of the practice is on the body's energy meridians — invisible channels through which life energy flows, known as qi (in Chinese tradition) or prana (in yoga). This energy powers every organ and system in our body and is essential for internal balance and health. During the practice, poses are performed slowly, with long holds of 1 to 3 minutes, which allows: - deep stretching of connective tissue - relaxation of the muscles and release of tension - stimulation of fascia, tendons and joints - improvement of energy flow The practice encourages mindful presence, calm breathing and inner focus. This makes it especially suitable during periods of overwork, stress, or need for emotional and physical recharge. All practice and each pose is accompanied by the sounds and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls. They not only create a sense of deep harmony, but also: - support meditative state - stimulate natural self-healing processes in the body - balance the nervous system - synchronize the mind, body and energetic field As you hold in the poses, the sound of the bowls draws you inward, toward silence and stillness, where true restoration begins. Class duration is 75 minutes. Attendance is by pre-registration via the platform using the button below.
