Yoga Ganga

Yin yoga with Tibetan singing bowls 75 min.

Yin yoga is a deeply relaxing style of yoga, inspired by the principles of traditional Chinese medicine. The focus of the practice is on the body's energy meridians — invisible channels through which life energy flows, known as Qi (in Chinese tradition) or Prana (in yoga). This energy powers every organ and system in our body and is essential for inner balance and health. During the practice, poses are performed slowly, with prolonged holds of 1 to 3 minutes, which allows: depth stretching of the connective tissue relaxation of the muscles and release of tension stimulation of the fascia, tendons and joints improvement of the energy flow The practice encourages mindful presence, calm breathing and inner focus. This makes it particularly suitable during periods of overwork, stress or a need for emotional and physical recharging. The entire practice and each pose is accompanied by the sounds and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls. They not only create a sense of deep harmony, but also: support meditative state stimulate the body's natural self-healing processes balance the nervous system synchronize mind, body and energy field While you hold the poses, the sound of the bowls draws you inward, toward silence and calm, where true restoration begins. You can practice Yin Yoga and Tibetan bowls with Bozhana every Wednesday from 18:45 and Sunday from 17:30. The class duration is 75 minutes.
