Power Flex – this is a strength workout that combines full-body exercises with bodyweight training. It helps to strengthen the muscles, improve endurance and shape a toned figure. The pace is moderate, with the emphasis on technique and mindful execution. It is suitable for both more experienced participants and beginners — I always offer lighter variants of the exercises.
