Functional workouts that mobilize all muscle groups. The body burns calories even on the days after. They develop mobility, endurance, and muscle mass. Light weights and resistance bands are used, and in parts of the workouts we will diversify with elements from the Barre style and Fusion Pilates. The workout starts with a short warm-up / mobility, followed by a 40/20-second exercise with a rest. Do up to 3–4 sets with 2 repetitions per set. Finish with stretching and a smile :). METCON is an abbreviation of Metabolic Conditioning or, in Bulgarian, Metabolitna kondiciya. This is the body's ability to work at high intensity for a prolonged period. The ability to work at almost 100% intensity for at least 20 minutes.
