Stretch & Pilates – a balance between stretching, strength and ease. A special training mix that combines deep stretching (stretching) with controlled Pilates exercises. The goal is to simultaneously release tension in the body and build stability and strength in the deep musculature. Through smooth and mindful movements, flexibility, mobility and posture improve, while proper breathing supports relaxation and concentration.
