Spinning is a high-intensity cardio workout on a stationary bike, conducted in a group under the guidance of an instructor. Through simulating cycling with different intensities (flat terrain, hills, sprints), it trains the lower body, improves cardio endurance and tightens the body, without gaining muscle mass. To work on the upper body, dumbbells, small/large resistance bands, discs and others are often included.
