Conditioning and Strength 201 Designed for people with basic experience in strength and functional training who want to upgrade their skills and physical conditioning. Aimed at the gradual development of strength, control and endurance through free weights, bodyweight work and structured conditioning sets. The focus is on the quality of movement, correct technique and attention to detail. Emphasis is on developing stability and better body control. The goal is for strength and motor skills to be built gradually and sustainably, as the trainee gains a better understanding of how the body moves and works during training and outside the gym.
