Morning Flow Yoga
The morning flow yoga is a structured sequence of smooth, connected movements that aim to gradually wake the body and activate the breath. The practice unfolds at a pace that allows natural warming of the muscles, mobilization of the joints, and a gradual increase in energy. It combines stretching, moderate strength, and coordination, with emphasis on the dynamic transition from pose to pose and synchronization with the breath.
