Hatha Yoga with Dani
The practice is aimed at gradual mobilization of the body, releasing the accumulated tension during the week, and returning to the breath. Through classical Hatha Yoga we will go through asanas, adapted to the body's needs, paying attention to the breath and ending with a deep relaxation. The practice is suitable for both beginners and people with experience who are seeking slower, mindful and restorative movement.
