Essence: It is considered a more free version of Ashtanga. In this approach there is no strictly fixed sequence – the instructor creates flows (Flow), in which movements are connected through breathing. Method: Based on the synchronization between breathing and movement. Goal: Toning of the body, improvement of concentration, a sense of Flow. Suitable for: People who want a dynamic practice but without a strict structure, as well as for those who enjoy variety.
