Spinning

Spinning is a high-intensity cardio workout performed on specialized stationary bikes, where different terrains and loads are simulated. The workout is pre-structured, led by an instructor, and performed to the rhythm of selected music that helps pace and the dynamics of the workload. By alternating intervals with varying resistance and tempo, cardiovascular endurance, muscular tone (especially in the lower body), and effective calorie burn are developed. Spinning is suitable for different levels of fitness, as the load is adjusted individually through the bike's resistance. Benefits of spinning: – improves cardiovascular endurance – supports effective calorie burning and reduction of body fat – tightens and tones the muscles of the legs and buttocks – reduces stress and increases tone and energy – improves overall fitness and endurance – joint-friendly. Important for participants: Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. The use of clean indoor shoes is mandatory. If you are attending a class for the first time, please be in the room 10 minutes early for proper bike adjustment, a brief introduction to the workout and the basics of proper technique, to ensure maximum effectiveness and safety.
