Yoga Class for Children Aged 8–13

Our children's yoga class is specially designed for boys and girls aged 8–13 years. Led by a certified children's yoga instructor, the sessions combine physical development, breathing techniques and calmness in a fun and safe format.
Who it's for
- Children aged 8–13 years, both beginners and those with yoga experience.
- They develop skills in concentration, coordination and self-control in a supportive environment.
What the class includes
- Breathing exercises (pranayama) for focus and relaxation.
- Basic poses for strength, flexibility and balance.
- Play elements and modular exercises adapted to age.
- Short relaxation and visualizations to calm the mind.
Structure of the class
- Duration: about 60 minutes.
- Parts: warm-up, work on basic poses, balance and coordination, breathing techniques, relaxation.
Safety and adaptability
- Exercises are modified to the children's abilities.
- Mats and suitable additional props are used in the classes.
- Careful monitoring of safety and individual development of each child.
Instructor and environment
- We work with an experienced children's yoga teacher.

- Mats, blocks and blankets are available.
- Comfortable sportswear is sufficient.
