Policies of Lorissima Aesthetic Center. Welcome to the Lorissima Aesthetic Center. By making a reservation and using our services, the client confirms that they are familiar with and accept these policies. ✨Booking, changing and cancelling appointments✨ Appointments are booked online, by phone or via message. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, the procedure may be shortened or canceled. If you cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows without prior notice may result in us denying future reservations or requesting prepayment. ✨Health status✨ The client is required to inform in advance about allergies, skin diseases, medication intake, pregnancy or other conditions that may affect the procedure. In case of contraindications we may refuse to perform the service. ✨Individual skin reactions✨ All procedures are performed with professional cosmetics. Nevertheless, every skin reacts individually. Lorissima Aesthetic Center bears no responsibility for allergic reactions, irritations, reddening, sensitivity or other individual reactions that could not have been foreseen. A client who has not informed about known contraindications bears personal responsibility for any unwanted consequences. The results of the procedures are individual and depend on the skin characteristics, health status and adherence to home care recommendations. ✨Refunds✨ After the service is performed, paid amounts are not refundable due to dissatisfaction with the result or individual skin reaction. For prepaid services, packages and gift vouchers refunds are not issued, unless required by applicable law. ✨Additional terms✨ The aesthetic center is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal belongings. By making a reservation the client declares that they have read, understood and accept these policies.
