HIIT training (high-intensity interval training) is a structured training program that combines short periods of exceptionally high intensity with recovery phases. The goal is to increase energy expenditure in a short period, to improve cardio-respiratory endurance and muscular activity, as well as to accelerate fat-burning processes.

- Stretching and cooling down: 5 minutes to reduce the load and prevent stiffness
