The practice will help the body move gently, release accumulated tension, and create a sense of lightness and balance. Breathing will be our guide – soft, calm, and natural. This is a space of acceptance and care for oneself, where every movement is performed with attention and respect for the body's possibilities. At the end of the practice we will immerse ourselves in a short relaxation to integrate the feeling of calm, harmony, and inner silence.
