📍DARA PHYSIOTHERAPY – a place for health, recovery and movement. 🍀 At the center of the studio stands Darina Kavlakova – a kinesiotherapist with specialization in orthopedics and traumatology, a PhD student at NSA, and a specialist with extensive experience working with patients with musculoskeletal dysfunctions, sports injuries, postural disorders, spinal deformities and rehabilitation before and after surgeries. She works with children and adults, as well as with athletes and musicians to achieve high professional results. Darina applies a strictly individualized approach, combining modern physiotherapy devices with treatment methods such as manual therapy, acupuncture, auriculotherapy, breathing techniques and massage. 🧘🏻♀️ The team also welcomes our certified Pilates Reformer instructors – Krisi and Marina. They lead group and individual reformer, jump board and stretching sessions, with care and precision helping each client to strengthen the deep stabilizing muscles, improve posture and build a strong and harmonious body. ✨ The studio is new, modern and bright – the interior creates a sense of calm, harmony and balance from the very first step inside. ✅ Our goal is to help you restore your body, build strength and stability, discover the joy of movement and feel in harmony with yourself.
