Class schedule Flow yoga and meditation with Tibetan bowls

Combination of dynamic practice and sound relaxation, created to organize movement, breath and mind into a unified, coherent structure. The flow part includes smoothly connected asanas, arranged to warm the body, mobilize the joints and develop stability through a natural flow from pose to pose. Movements follow the breath, and the tempo is moderate — sufficiently active to build tone, and sufficiently controlled to maintain attention to technique and alignment.
