Problems with card out of nowhere, lots of inconvenience because of it. Unfortunately training also not for me. Came before several times all was ok, dont know what happened here

Hello, your problems with the card (which was not issued by our gym) are not related to us and our rules, but to the card you are using! You spoke to their representative and they explained to you that you simply need to change your name, something that happens in two days.
