Class schedule Sound therapy for the new moon with Tibetan singing bowls and vibrational instruments
The cycles of the Moon, the changing of the seasons, the transition of days — everything in nature tells us that light and dark are transient. No state is permanent. Everything comes and goes.
We could not recognize day and light if there were no night and darkness.
This practice is an invitation to a brief moment of reflection. A moment to turn inward and honestly look — to illuminate the unconscious in oneself and connect with the light within us.
By becoming still, we find resilience in constant change.
You will be surrounded by the sounds of:
Tibetan singing bowls • shamanic drum • tingsha and bells • various types of chimes • rainstick • sansula • shruti box
Each instrument carries its own unique frequency and vibration.
In combination they intertwine and create a multi-layered soundscape that affects the body, mind and emotions simultaneously. The combination of these instruments is not random — they take turns and overlay to guide the mind into different states of awareness: from deep relaxation, through emotional release, to ease and inner harmony.
What to expect?
The space will fill with healing frequencies that:
- relax the body and mind
- release accumulated stress and tension
- regulate the nervous system and improve sleep
- balance energy and bring a sense of wholeness
- strengthen the connection with your inner world
The sound waves reach beyond thought — directly to the cells, where true relaxation begins.
