Kids Yoga

Playful yoga practice for concentration, imagination and confidence, as well as a journey to get to know the body. In this fun and inspiring practice, children will learn to feel and get to know their bodies – every muscle and every movement. Through a combination of classical yoga, stretching and mobility exercises, they will awaken their hidden possibilities and build a healthy, flexible and confident body. Yoga from an early age develops concentration, balance and love of movement – a foundation for active and harmonious growth. Suitable for children 3 years and up.
