Sofia Pilates Studio

Sofia Pilates is not just a place, but it is for everyone here! In 2016 we opened our doors for you! We were guided solely by the belief and the ambition that we must and can improve the quality of life of our clients by teaching them to be aware and responsible for the needs of their bodies.

We poured love, goals and drive to prove ourselves over the years and day after day to receive the most wonderful reward – your trust! Our duty is to continue to meet your expectations, as together we provide timely and correct care for your physical well-being and achieve useful results!

We preserved the form of classical, authentic, pure Pilates, using correctly, conscientiously and as intended the specialized devices - without including fitness elements. The attention and attitude of our instructors is directed individually to your physical abilities or limitations.

Achieving good physical conditioning for the entire age spectrum is not something impossible - this is our human mission, measured in a constant striving for conscious change, which is a matter of choice… We can do it together! Let’s do it – and the results will not be late! The trust of people in Sofia Pilates's activity has become our leading responsibility – to preserve it. And we did it!
