Anti-stress yoga
This practice is based on the principles of classical Hatha yoga and was created with a focus on releasing tension from the mind and body and stimulating mindful presence.
Each class is unique and different—adapted to the energy of the group, the momentary needs of the participants and seasonality—and includes asana, pranayama, meditation and relaxation.
Depending on the focus, the practice may include:
Whole-body work – through sequential movements and a variety of active and static asanas
Concentration on a specific area or theme – spine, pelvis, shoulder girdle, legs, heart or center
The dynamics of each class vary. It can be:
more active and energizing, with a focus on dynamic movement synchronized with the breath
slower and introspective, with held in slow, mindful poses
with a strong presence of meditative elements, including pranayama and a short guided meditation
ending with deep relaxation, accompanied by the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls that help relax and balance the nervous system
This approach creates variety and keeps the practice alive and adaptive. The body moves, the mind calms, and awareness returns to the present.
The practice is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners, thanks to the possibility of modifications and personal tempo.
Anti-stress yoga is every Monday at 18:45 and Friday at 18:30 led by Bozhana. Start and finish the workweek with pleasant movement, cozy atmosphere and show of vibration. Attendance is by pre-registration on the platform from the button below.
