From the body to intuition: Yoga class In this practice, we don't chase achievements. We don't count repetitions. We don't seek complexity — we seek clarity. We don't strive to 'succeed' in the asana, but to stay present in it. We don't align everything to the millimeter. We give ourselves time to feel. We explore instead of controlling. Intuition doesn't come with effort; it comes when there is space. It appears when we stop getting in the way. When we let the breath lead, and allow the body to be as it is today. This class is for you if: • you seek a deeper connection with yourself • you prefer mindful movement • you want to practice yoga as inner work, not only for physical form • you believe that the connection with the body is a path to broader awareness • you are seeking a practice that gives you space, not pressure. The practice is open to all levels.
