Hristo creates a really supportive atmosphere, even if you’re new to the practice. The practice itself is dynamic and definitely not easy, but somehow it never feels too heavy—you’re guided through it in a way that keeps you engaged and motivated. He explains things clearly, keeps a steady flow, and pays close attention to everyone to make sure poses are done safely. You can really feel his dedication and care throughout the session.”

Such a lovely aerial yoga class! Svetla is very kind, welcoming, and patient, which made me feel comfortable even as a beginner. I also appreciated how attentive she is—always keeping an eye to make sure everyone was doing the poses safely and correctly. Highly recommend! 🧘♀️✨
