Pilates – control, balance, and strength from within out Pilates is a system of exercises created to strengthen the muscles, improve posture, flexibility and body control. The practice focuses on the central part of the body (core) – abdomen, back, and pelvic floor – and develops strength without excessive volume. Via gentle, controlled movements and conscious breathing, Pilates: ✅ Improves posture and balance ✅ Strengthens the deep muscles ✅ Relieves tension in the back and lower back ✅ Enhances concentration and coordination ✅ Suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners Suitable for: – people of all ages – beginners and advanced – recovery after childbirth or injury (with proper guidance)
